In the first step, we calculate the total population. It can also be understood in terms of a three-step process. However, in systematic sampling, we do not have that. In systematic sampling, only each of the elements has an equal probability of getting selected. In simple random sampling, all the samples have got an equal probability of being selected. However, it differs slightly from simple random sampling. It also makes the data collection more robust compared to convenient sampling. ![]() This is because the results of the study are based on the specific strata used in the study, and may not apply to other populations with different characteristics.Systematic sampling is easier to understand and implement.
